OK…Who saw Avatar and what did you think? I thought it was visually stunning but lacked heart. It was a predictable story with one-dimensional characters but MAN, what a ride!
Now, check out Jack Bauer interrogating Santa Claus- this is editing at its finest!
Also, Iron Man 2 comes out in May and the official trailer is out- check it out here. I must admit I wasn’t the biggest fan of the first one but the sequel looks pretty kick ass.

Finally, if you’re looking for a last minute gift idea for that female wine lover in your life check out Strut. Here are the deets-

Hi Thor,
December 25th, 2009 at 3:26 pmMy son Nolan, who is 9 years old, and I went to see Avatar at the Dolphin theatre on Wed and despite the poor quality of picture and no high expectations for the flick, were absolutely blown away. I thought it was brilliant and reaffirms my belief that James Cameron continues to put out movies that, immediately after watching, leave me wondering if it could have been one of the best movies ever made. I don’t agree that the main characters were one dimensional and predictable but I suppose the corporate weenie and the General were so I suppose you have a good point. Conceptually, visually and the calibre of acting for Avatar just blew my mind and Nolan’s.
Best wishes for the holidays,
Rick
