Former, two time, UFC Champion and star of the new movie ‘The Expendables’ stopped by BT, spoke about the movie and even gave a lesson on why the UFC should be allowed in Canada. He was the nicest guy you never want to mess with.

    My favourite web video of the week was when Tracy Moore and the BT Gang doing the Waka Waka Dance but I liked Tracy’s one the best because she turned her head then shocked her shoulders then moving her lips!!! :-)
