Yes Axl Rose was right on the money. It is hard to hold anything in this weather, especially in the wee hours of the morning.
Glad I braved the dampness this moring to check out Bright Nights at Stanley Park though. If you are looking for something to do over the holiday season go check out the train and light display inside the Crown Jewel. This 12th annual event is for a great cause too. Proceeds from it go to the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. It opens this Friday (November 27) to the public.
From Bright Nights to….the human brain. I know it’s quite a switch in subject matter but it is what we are all about in Tuesday’s live eye. We are going to learn all about the brain out at the UBC Brain Research Centre. Don’t worry, I’ll have my thinking cap on.
